At a very young age I was always very intrigued by how things were made/grown; from crafts to sewing to cooking to gardening. I became extremely curious about the origin of the ingredients in my personal care products as well as the foods I ate and garments I wore. I was determined in making everything from scratch and becoming self-sufficient. My journey began in 2010 when I decided to ditch all foods, cosmetics, personal-care products and clothing brands that didn’t align with my ethical and personal beliefs. I began making my own cosmetics and self-care products such as deodorant, face oils, salves, and anything that I could craft for my family and myself. During my pregnancy I felt at my best, and took really good care of my skin. Unfortunately, two months after the birth of my daughter I suffered postpartum psychosis and depression. During my recovery which took a long three years I had no intention of caring for my skin. It took me even longer to regain my self-love, confidence and trust. In a way making my own self- care products has helped me tremendously to feel better than before. It has been a long and painful journey but luckily with my family’s support, I was finally able to get to a point where I’m able to craft everything I do with so much love and passion again . My hope is to help you feel beautiful and worthy of the best, with these products. My handcrafting earring journey is fairly new but it has definitely become therapy for my mental health, which has now evolved into a part-time business that is allowing me to introduce handmade personal products, children’s play dough kits, and many more cool items to come. My goal is to ethically source my materials and to use only natural, certified organic ingredients. My products are made with love and good vibes. I would never make something that I wouldn’t use on myself or on my loved ones. Much love 💕
